Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas within Los Angeles and nearby locations.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day flower delivery for orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME, e.g. 4:30 PM local time].

Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery day.

Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

Scheduled Deliveries

Customers may choose a future delivery date during checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver at the requested time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Process

Our couriers will deliver the flowers to the recipient’s door, reception desk, or other accessible location.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

• Leave the flowers in a safe place near the entrance

• Leave them with a concierge, neighbor, or receptionist

• Attempt to contact the recipient
  
  

Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, the order is considered completed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  
  

• The recipient not being available
  
  

• Restricted access locations (gated buildings, offices after hours, etc.)
  
  

If redelivery is required due to incorrect information, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Delivery Conditions

Flowers are delicate products. Once delivered, the customer or recipient is responsible for proper care.

We recommend placing flowers in water as soon as possible after delivery.

Weather and Unforeseen Delays

In rare cases such as severe weather, traffic issues, or other unexpected circumstances, delivery times may be delayed.

We will always do our best to complete deliveries as quickly as possible.
