Delivery Area

We currently deliver to selected areas within Los Angeles and nearby locations.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the next available day.

Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and courier capacity.

Delivery Time

While customers may select a preferred delivery date, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place

  • Leave them with a concierge, receptionist, or neighbor

  • Attempt to contact the recipient

Once flowers are delivered to the provided address, the order is considered fulfilled.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Restricted access locations

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

Substitution Policy

Because flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability, some flowers or containers may occasionally be substituted.

If substitutions are necessary, we will ensure that:

  • The overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement are maintained

  • The replacement flowers are of equal or higher value

Containers, vases, or decorative elements may also be substituted if unavailable.
