Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Flowers are natural products with a limited lifespan and may vary slightly in appearance depending on seasonal availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To review your request, we may ask for:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the bouquet and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the bouquet

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

All decisions are made at our discretion after reviewing the case.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Fresh flowers and floral arrangements

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
